Tony's Kitchen Express began as a small family stove in Bang Talat — a place where neighbours gathered for plates of Pad Kaprao that came faster than they could find their seats.
Today our wok still roars over the same flame, and our curry pastes are still pounded by hand each morning. We believe the difference between good Thai food and great Thai food is patience: the right basil, the right fish sauce, the right moment to drop in the chili.
